What we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email, telephone, postal address.
• Health information you give us: symptoms, history, diagnoses, medicines, supplements, lifestyle, and anything else you choose to tell us in a consultation or an intake form.
• Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website usage: pages viewed and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

Why we hold it

We use your health information for one purpose only: to prepare and deliver your personalised programme. We hold it because you have given it to us for that purpose and because we need it to perform our contract with you. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only these parties, and only what each needs:

• Our payment provider, to take payment. They receive your name, email and payment details. They do not receive your health information.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and serves it securely.
• Our email provider, to correspond with you.
• Professional advisers or authorities, only where we are required by law.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train any system.

How long we keep it

Health information is kept for seven years after your last consultation, then securely destroyed. Payment records are kept for seven years as required for tax. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required by law to retain it.

How it is protected

This website is served over SSL/TLS encryption. Health information is held in access controlled storage. Client documents are encrypted and require a passphrase given to you separately. Access is limited to those who need it to deliver your programme.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here and change the date below.
