When you can cancel, what is refundable, and how refunds are made.
You may cancel at any time before your personalised protocol has been issued or your first consultation has taken place, and you will receive a full refund. Tell us by email or telephone.
Once the personalised protocol has been issued it is not refundable, because it is prepared specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused. This is stated before you pay, and you confirm you understand it at the point of payment.
If you are paying by monthly instalments, cancelling stops all future instalments from the date you tell us. Instalments already paid cover work already provided and are not refunded.
If we are unable to provide the service, you receive a full refund of everything paid for work not yet delivered.
